While plush toys were always soft over the years, there has been a hot trend to make the plush toys even softer, rounder and more ‘squishable!’ Using the more trendy characters, these huggable plush toys tend to have simple faces, simple fabrication with out any features other than the softest fabrication and extra padding inside each toy.

Most of the plush toy companies feature at least one line dedicated to the round and super soft and cuddly plush toy. These plush toys look more like a pillow or beanbag. Popular characters are sloths, llamas, dinosaurs, flamingos, pugs, owls, pandas and of course lots of food like the Squishables line.
