As the world becomes more focused on thoughtful consumerism, products that they feel an emotional connection to will become more important. Products that bring out a sense of nostalgia is a meaningful way to build an emotional attachment to a product. Well-known design shows and designers have helped drive the use of products that remind us of what we assume was a simpler time.
