西班牙平面設(shè)計(jì)師Victor：在設(shè)計(jì)中彰顯力量

 

     還記得廣交會(huì)上的西班牙帥哥設(shè)計(jì)師嗎？是的，就是明明可以靠臉卻偏偏靠才華征服國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多企業(yè)的Victor設(shè)計(jì)師。此次Victor設(shè)計(jì)師接受了本網(wǎng)采訪，與我們暢談設(shè)計(jì)。Victor設(shè)計(jì)師擅長(zhǎng)平面、網(wǎng)頁、展覽展示活動(dòng)等設(shè)計(jì)，有18年的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，重視團(tuán)隊(duì)合作；對(duì)待設(shè)計(jì)，他有自己的一套方法，用心與客戶深入溝通，善于嘗試，永不放棄；也是因?yàn)槿绱耍词乖谡Z言不通的中國(guó)，他照樣能將設(shè)計(jì)做到最好。今天就一起走進(jìn)Victor設(shè)計(jì)師的世界，看看他不一樣的設(shè)計(jì)。

 

彩虹小編：Hello，Victor，Welcome to our dialogue section, I have heard that you have been in China for 10 years.

Hello，Victor設(shè)計(jì)師，歡迎您來到我們的對(duì)話欄目~聽說您來中國(guó)已經(jīng)有10年的時(shí)間了？

Victor：hello everyone！It has been 10 years since I came to China, now I live and work in Guangzhou, engaging in design work at Kai Long now;

Hello，大家好！我來中國(guó)已經(jīng)有10年了，我現(xiàn)在在廣州生活和工作，現(xiàn)在在凱瓏從事設(shè)計(jì)工作；

彩虹小編：You have engaged in design work for 18 years, can you tell us about your work experience?

您從事設(shè)計(jì)工作已有18年之久，您能談?wù)勀墓ぷ鹘?jīng)歷嗎？

Victor：yes，Prior to coming to China, I worked in New York for four years, two years in the newspaper two years in IT company, in these two companies I was as art director; later I went to Taiwan for two years, finally came to Guangzhou;

好的。在來中國(guó)之前，我在紐約工作了四年，兩年在報(bào)社兩年在IT公司，在這兩個(gè)公司我都是擔(dān)任藝術(shù)總監(jiān)；后來我又到臺(tái)灣工作了兩年，最后來到了廣州；

彩虹小編：Why did you choose to work in China?

當(dāng)初您是因?yàn)槭裁炊x擇來中國(guó)工作呢？

Victor：The reason why i will come to China to work, because there are more opportunities for development, I hope to make my own design services more enterprises;

之所以會(huì)到中國(guó)來工作，是因?yàn)檫@里有更多的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)，我希望讓自己的設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)更多的企業(yè)；

 

彩虹小編：How do you think of the difference between working environment at home and abroad?

你覺得國(guó)內(nèi)外的工作環(huán)境有什么不同？

Victor：There are many different jobs in Spain and abroad. However, I can adapt myself to any working environment as soon as possible. Sometimes the environment is not so important to me, it is important to establish a good team spirit;

在西班牙和國(guó)外工作是有很多不同的。然而,我可以調(diào)整自己盡快去適應(yīng)任何工作環(huán)境。有時(shí)環(huán)境對(duì)我來說并不是那么重要，重要的是要建立一個(gè)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；

彩虹小編：Your design has been affirmed by many enterprises at home and abroad. How do you define your design?

您的設(shè)計(jì)一直受到國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多企業(yè)的肯定，您如何定義您的設(shè)計(jì)呢？

Victor：I think my design is different from others, and close to the public, after all, the design and production of products is the mass consumer in use, My designs are a reflection of what people need.

我認(rèn)為我的設(shè)計(jì)是有別于他人，并且貼近大眾，畢竟設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品是大眾消費(fèi)者在使用，我的設(shè)計(jì)反映了人們的需求。

 

彩虹小編：I know,you have a experienced design team, can you tell us about your team?

我知道您有一支經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，您能跟我們介紹下您的團(tuán)隊(duì)嗎？

Victor：Ｙes, no problem，The team of designers in addition to me and two main professional designers, all women,we also have two network programming technical personnel； we mainly do graphic design and three-dimensional sometimes do, now design has been paid more and more attention, team work is more, so we plan to in the near future will be to hire a designer;

沒問題。目前團(tuán)隊(duì)中的設(shè)計(jì)師除了我還有兩名主要的專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師，都是女性；還有兩名網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程的技術(shù)人員；我們主要做平面設(shè)計(jì)，而三維有時(shí)也會(huì)做，現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)越發(fā)受到重視，團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作也較多，所以我們計(jì)劃近期會(huì)再招一名設(shè)計(jì)師；

 

彩虹小編：We Chinese have a saying that men and women will be not tired when work together ". Do you think if there is any advantage in the female designers compared with male designers?

我們中國(guó)有句俗語叫“男女搭配，干活不累”。您覺得女性設(shè)計(jì)師與男性設(shè)計(jì)師相比有什么不一樣的優(yōu)勢(shì)嗎？

Victor：They have very different places, in understanding the design task, women's speed clearly faster than men; and women are more cooperative consciousness, can better match to each other and in my opinion, the team cooperation is the most important;

他們有很不一樣的地方，在理解設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)方面，女性的速度顯然比男性來的快；而且女性更有合作意識(shí)，能更好的互相配和，在我看來，團(tuán)隊(duì)的相互合作是最重要的；

 

彩虹小編：In terms of design, you have a wealth of experience,so what do you think of  a good design ,and if there is a work to give you a deep impression?

在設(shè)計(jì)方面，您有很豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，您覺得好的設(shè)計(jì)是什么樣的，有沒有哪件作品給您留下了深刻的印象呢？

Victor：There is no impressive works, I think every one of my design has its own advantages, each is my masterpiece, I really want to say deep impression, perhaps I only said to all my work is valued like; if my works on customers to increase its sales, that this work is successful, for customers are the best work; good design = design that works

沒有印象深刻的作品，我認(rèn)為我的每一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)都有它各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，每一個(gè)都是我的精心之作，真要說印象深刻，也許我只能說對(duì)所有作品我一樣看重；如果我的作品對(duì)客戶來說能增加它的銷量的話，那這個(gè)作品就是成功的，對(duì)客戶來說都是最好的作品；好的設(shè)計(jì)=能夠奏效的設(shè)計(jì)，能被市場(chǎng)所接受的；

 

彩虹小編：Recently,I heard that you and your team are busy in some projects, is it convenient to tell us about it?

最近，您和您的團(tuán)隊(duì)在忙一些項(xiàng)目，方便跟我們透露一下嗎？

Victor：We are now making a Turkey ice cream brand graphic design, mainly used in ice cream cup surface; at the same time for the domestic two companies to do the coffee and tea packaging design;

我們現(xiàn)在在做一個(gè)土耳其冰淇淋品牌的平面設(shè)計(jì)，主要運(yùn)用在冰淇淋杯面上；同時(shí)還為國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)公司的咖啡和茶做包裝設(shè)計(jì)；

彩虹小編：You may have met some challenges in so many years of design career , what is the biggest challenge, how to solve it?

這么多年設(shè)計(jì)生涯相必您也遇到過一些挑戰(zhàn)，對(duì)您來說遇到過的最大的挑戰(zhàn)是什么?您是如何解決的呢？

Victor：The biggest challenge I've ever met is to communicate with different people. Communication is very important for the creation of a successful design, when I came to China, I need to start again with the new people, new customers to exchange. The best way to solve this problem is to try to understand the customer's problems, close to their hearts, until we communicate on the same channel;

我遇到過的最大挑戰(zhàn)是和不同的人交流。溝通對(duì)于創(chuàng)作一個(gè)成功的設(shè)計(jì)來說是非常重要的，當(dāng)我來到中國(guó)后，我需要重新開始跟新的人群、新的不同客戶進(jìn)行交流。解決這個(gè)問題的最好辦法就是我嘗試去理解客戶的問題，靠近他們的心，直到我們的交流在同一頻道上；

 

彩虹小編：You come to China for such a long time, will you try to learn Chinese and Chinese culture?

您來到中國(guó)這么長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，會(huì)不會(huì)試著去學(xué)習(xí)講中文，了解中國(guó)文化呢？

Victor：Inheritance of Chinese culture has a long history and profound, although sometimes I'm not very good understanding of Chinese culture, but this does not hinder my respect to the; my love is Chinese, sometimes with her to learn some Chinese, but my busy work and spend time at work more, so my Chinese is not very good will only a few simple everyday language. Usually I try to do all I can to get to know the way of thinking of the Chinese people, so to my work better with the help of, in my opinion, language is not a problem, the problem is in-depth exchanges;

中國(guó)文化傳承久遠(yuǎn)，博大精深，雖然有時(shí)我并不能很好的理解中國(guó)文化，但這并不妨礙我對(duì)其的尊重；我的愛人是中國(guó)人，有時(shí)會(huì)跟她學(xué)習(xí)一些中文，不過我的工作太忙了，花在工作上的時(shí)間較多，所以我的中文并不是很好，只會(huì)一些簡(jiǎn)單的日常用語；通常我會(huì)試著盡我所能去了解中國(guó)人的思維方式，這樣對(duì)我的工作有更好的幫助，在我看來，語言不是問題，問題是深入的交流；

彩虹小編：You come to China for many years, you should also met a lot of Chinese design, what do you think of the Chinese design?

您來中國(guó)多年，中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)該也接觸的不少，您對(duì)中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)有什么看法嗎？

Victor：In the old fashion, there are more copying phenomena, however, there is a new trend to follow the foreign design；

老式樣、抄襲現(xiàn)象較多，也有好的現(xiàn)象，也會(huì)遵循外國(guó)新的趨勢(shì)設(shè)計(jì)；

 

彩虹小編：Although you said these are exist, but now more and more Chinese designers carry on the original design, what do you think？

雖然你說的這些都是存在的，但現(xiàn)在越來越多的中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)師來進(jìn)行原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，你覺得怎么樣？

Victor：This is  good, I am very glad to see that although this is a relatively slow development, but also takes time, but this is a new beginning;

這是很好的，我很高興看到，雖然這是一個(gè)比較慢的發(fā)展，也需要時(shí)間，但這是一個(gè)新的開始；

 

彩虹小編：This spring fair, I remember you came to our booth;

今年春季廣交會(huì)，我記得您當(dāng)時(shí)有來我們的展位上；

Victor：Is when I was from General Lee (CACFair boss) heard your company and I had in CACFair work over 8 years, General Lee is my friend, chatting at the show, he to I introduced you rainbow network design, he thinks we can have a good cooperation. So then I made a special trip to the booth you understand.

是的，當(dāng)時(shí)我是從李總（CACFair老板）那里聽說你們公司的，我曾在CACFair工作過8年，李總也是我的朋友，在展會(huì)上聊天的時(shí)候，他向我介紹了你們彩虹設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)，他認(rèn)為我們能夠有一個(gè)很好的合作；所以后來我特地去了你們展位進(jìn)行了解；

 

彩虹小編：After you came to our booth, how do you think of this model in our company?

您到我們展位詳細(xì)了解后，您對(duì)我們公司的模式有什么看法嗎？

Victor：This is very good, and it saves a lot of time for a company like ours. After talking to your boss, I'm interested in your model;

這個(gè)想法非常好，這對(duì)于像我們這樣的公司來說節(jié)省了很多時(shí)間。當(dāng)時(shí)和你們老板談過之后，我就對(duì)你們的模式很感興趣；

彩虹小編：Thank you for your recognition! Designers work high intensity, high pressure, overtime is the norm, almost all the designers are in a state of sub health, as a designer, how do you look at the relationship between work and healthy life?

謝謝您對(duì)我們的認(rèn)可！話說回來，設(shè)計(jì)師工作強(qiáng)度高、壓力大，加班是常態(tài)，幾乎所有的設(shè)計(jì)師都處于亞健康狀態(tài)，作為一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)師，您是如何看待工作與健康生活的關(guān)系？

Victor：In the My Company will not often frequent overtime. My rule is at 9 o'clock in the morning to the afternoon 5 30 points, if overtime work is needed, please finish it as soon as possible, so that they can go home and take a rest; if my team of colleagues too tired or ill, I will let him go home and have a good rest, poor state regardless of on their own or to others is not good;

在我的公司里絕不會(huì)經(jīng)常性的頻繁加班。我的規(guī)則是早上9點(diǎn)到下午5點(diǎn)30分，如果需要加班，也請(qǐng)盡快結(jié)束，讓他們能夠回家休息；如果我團(tuán)隊(duì)中的同事太累或生病，我會(huì)讓他回去好好休息，狀態(tài)不佳不管對(duì)自己還是對(duì)他人都沒有好處；

 

彩虹小編：Well, a healthy body is the foundation of a good job. Since you have been employed, you must have accumulated a wealth of professional experience. What can be shared with the young designers?

恩，健康的身體是好好工作的基礎(chǔ)。從業(yè)以來，您一定積累了非常豐富的職業(yè)閱歷。有什么可以跟年輕的設(shè)計(jì)師分享的呢？

Victor：This year I just in the Guangzhou Art College and another school lecture, and students share my years of experience, for me, I am willing to share my personal experience, hope to be able to help more young designers. In my opinion, there is no perfect design will only be designed to do better; design need to communicate, to learn and your colleagues and customers to communicate; there is to try, always try, never give up.

今年我剛在廣州藝術(shù)大學(xué)及另一所學(xué)校做過演講，和學(xué)生們分享我多年的心得，對(duì)我來說我很愿意分享我的親身經(jīng)歷，希望能夠?yàn)楦嗟哪贻p設(shè)計(jì)師提供幫助。在我看來，沒有完美的設(shè)計(jì)只有將設(shè)計(jì)做的更好；設(shè)計(jì)需要溝通，要學(xué)會(huì)和你的同事還有客戶進(jìn)行溝通；還有就是嘗試，一直嘗試，永不放棄。
