西班牙平面設計師Victor：在設計中彰顯力量

 

     還記得廣交會上的西班牙帥哥設計師嗎？是的，就是明明可以靠臉卻偏偏靠才華征服國內外眾多企業的Victor設計師。此次Victor設計師接受了本網采訪，與我們暢談設計。Victor設計師擅長平面、網頁、展覽展示活動等設計，有18年的豐富經驗，重視團隊合作；對待設計，他有自己的一套方法，用心與客戶深入溝通，善于嘗試，永不放棄；也是因為如此，即使在語言不通的中國，他照樣能將設計做到最好。今天就一起走進Victor設計師的世界，看看他不一樣的設計。

 

彩虹小編：Hello，Victor，Welcome to our dialogue section, I have heard that you have been in China for 10 years.

Hello，Victor設計師，歡迎您來到我們的對話欄目~聽說您來中國已經有10年的時間了？

Victor：hello everyone！It has been 10 years since I came to China, now I live and work in Guangzhou, engaging in design work at Kai Long now;

Hello，大家好！我來中國已經有10年了，我現在在廣州生活和工作，現在在凱瓏從事設計工作；

彩虹小編：You have engaged in design work for 18 years, can you tell us about your work experience?

您從事設計工作已有18年之久，您能談談您的工作經歷嗎？

Victor：yes，Prior to coming to China, I worked in New York for four years, two years in the newspaper two years in IT company, in these two companies I was as art director; later I went to Taiwan for two years, finally came to Guangzhou;

好的。在來中國之前，我在紐約工作了四年，兩年在報社兩年在IT公司，在這兩個公司我都是擔任藝術總監；后來我又到臺灣工作了兩年，最后來到了廣州；

彩虹小編：Why did you choose to work in China?

當初您是因為什么而選擇來中國工作呢？

Victor：The reason why i will come to China to work, because there are more opportunities for development, I hope to make my own design services more enterprises;

之所以會到中國來工作，是因為這里有更多的發展機會，我希望讓自己的設計服務更多的企業；

 

彩虹小編：How do you think of the difference between working environment at home and abroad?

你覺得國內外的工作環境有什么不同？

Victor：There are many different jobs in Spain and abroad. However, I can adapt myself to any working environment as soon as possible. Sometimes the environment is not so important to me, it is important to establish a good team spirit;

在西班牙和國外工作是有很多不同的。然而,我可以調整自己盡快去適應任何工作環境。有時環境對我來說并不是那么重要，重要的是要建立一個良好的團隊合作精神；

彩虹小編：Your design has been affirmed by many enterprises at home and abroad. How do you define your design?

您的設計一直受到國內外眾多企業的肯定，您如何定義您的設計呢？

Victor：I think my design is different from others, and close to the public, after all, the design and production of products is the mass consumer in use, My designs are a reflection of what people need.

我認為我的設計是有別于他人，并且貼近大眾，畢竟設計生產出來的產品是大眾消費者在使用，我的設計反映了人們的需求。

 

彩虹小編：I know,you have a experienced design team, can you tell us about your team?

我知道您有一支經驗豐富的設計團隊，您能跟我們介紹下您的團隊嗎？

Victor：Ｙes, no problem，The team of designers in addition to me and two main professional designers, all women,we also have two network programming technical personnel； we mainly do graphic design and three-dimensional sometimes do, now design has been paid more and more attention, team work is more, so we plan to in the near future will be to hire a designer;

沒問題。目前團隊中的設計師除了我還有兩名主要的專業設計師，都是女性；還有兩名網絡編程的技術人員；我們主要做平面設計，而三維有時也會做，現在設計越發受到重視，團隊的工作也較多，所以我們計劃近期會再招一名設計師；

 

彩虹小編：We Chinese have a saying that men and women will be not tired when work together ". Do you think if there is any advantage in the female designers compared with male designers?

我們中國有句俗語叫“男女搭配，干活不累”。您覺得女性設計師與男性設計師相比有什么不一樣的優勢嗎？

Victor：They have very different places, in understanding the design task, women's speed clearly faster than men; and women are more cooperative consciousness, can better match to each other and in my opinion, the team cooperation is the most important;

他們有很不一樣的地方，在理解設計任務方面，女性的速度顯然比男性來的快；而且女性更有合作意識，能更好的互相配和，在我看來，團隊的相互合作是最重要的；

 

彩虹小編：In terms of design, you have a wealth of experience,so what do you think of  a good design ,and if there is a work to give you a deep impression?

在設計方面，您有很豐富的經驗，您覺得好的設計是什么樣的，有沒有哪件作品給您留下了深刻的印象呢？

Victor：There is no impressive works, I think every one of my design has its own advantages, each is my masterpiece, I really want to say deep impression, perhaps I only said to all my work is valued like; if my works on customers to increase its sales, that this work is successful, for customers are the best work; good design = design that works

沒有印象深刻的作品，我認為我的每一個設計都有它各自的優點，每一個都是我的精心之作，真要說印象深刻，也許我只能說對所有作品我一樣看重；如果我的作品對客戶來說能增加它的銷量的話，那這個作品就是成功的，對客戶來說都是最好的作品；好的設計=能夠奏效的設計，能被市場所接受的；

 

彩虹小編：Recently,I heard that you and your team are busy in some projects, is it convenient to tell us about it?

最近，您和您的團隊在忙一些項目，方便跟我們透露一下嗎？

Victor：We are now making a Turkey ice cream brand graphic design, mainly used in ice cream cup surface; at the same time for the domestic two companies to do the coffee and tea packaging design;

我們現在在做一個土耳其冰淇淋品牌的平面設計，主要運用在冰淇淋杯面上；同時還為國內兩個公司的咖啡和茶做包裝設計；

彩虹小編：You may have met some challenges in so many years of design career , what is the biggest challenge, how to solve it?

這么多年設計生涯相必您也遇到過一些挑戰，對您來說遇到過的最大的挑戰是什么?您是如何解決的呢？

Victor：The biggest challenge I've ever met is to communicate with different people. Communication is very important for the creation of a successful design, when I came to China, I need to start again with the new people, new customers to exchange. The best way to solve this problem is to try to understand the customer's problems, close to their hearts, until we communicate on the same channel;

我遇到過的最大挑戰是和不同的人交流。溝通對于創作一個成功的設計來說是非常重要的，當我來到中國后，我需要重新開始跟新的人群、新的不同客戶進行交流。解決這個問題的最好辦法就是我嘗試去理解客戶的問題，靠近他們的心，直到我們的交流在同一頻道上；

 

彩虹小編：You come to China for such a long time, will you try to learn Chinese and Chinese culture?

您來到中國這么長時間，會不會試著去學習講中文，了解中國文化呢？

Victor：Inheritance of Chinese culture has a long history and profound, although sometimes I'm not very good understanding of Chinese culture, but this does not hinder my respect to the; my love is Chinese, sometimes with her to learn some Chinese, but my busy work and spend time at work more, so my Chinese is not very good will only a few simple everyday language. Usually I try to do all I can to get to know the way of thinking of the Chinese people, so to my work better with the help of, in my opinion, language is not a problem, the problem is in-depth exchanges;

中國文化傳承久遠，博大精深，雖然有時我并不能很好的理解中國文化，但這并不妨礙我對其的尊重；我的愛人是中國人，有時會跟她學習一些中文，不過我的工作太忙了，花在工作上的時間較多，所以我的中文并不是很好，只會一些簡單的日常用語；通常我會試著盡我所能去了解中國人的思維方式，這樣對我的工作有更好的幫助，在我看來，語言不是問題，問題是深入的交流；

彩虹小編：You come to China for many years, you should also met a lot of Chinese design, what do you think of the Chinese design?

您來中國多年，中國設計應該也接觸的不少，您對中國設計有什么看法嗎？

Victor：In the old fashion, there are more copying phenomena, however, there is a new trend to follow the foreign design；

老式樣、抄襲現象較多，也有好的現象，也會遵循外國新的趨勢設計；

 

彩虹小編：Although you said these are exist, but now more and more Chinese designers carry on the original design, what do you think？

雖然你說的這些都是存在的，但現在越來越多的中國設計師來進行原創設計，你覺得怎么樣？

Victor：This is  good, I am very glad to see that although this is a relatively slow development, but also takes time, but this is a new beginning;

這是很好的，我很高興看到，雖然這是一個比較慢的發展，也需要時間，但這是一個新的開始；

 

彩虹小編：This spring fair, I remember you came to our booth;

今年春季廣交會，我記得您當時有來我們的展位上；

Victor：Is when I was from General Lee (CACFair boss) heard your company and I had in CACFair work over 8 years, General Lee is my friend, chatting at the show, he to I introduced you rainbow network design, he thinks we can have a good cooperation. So then I made a special trip to the booth you understand.

是的，當時我是從李總（CACFair老板）那里聽說你們公司的，我曾在CACFair工作過8年，李總也是我的朋友，在展會上聊天的時候，他向我介紹了你們彩虹設計網，他認為我們能夠有一個很好的合作；所以后來我特地去了你們展位進行了解；

 

彩虹小編：After you came to our booth, how do you think of this model in our company?

您到我們展位詳細了解后，您對我們公司的模式有什么看法嗎？

Victor：This is very good, and it saves a lot of time for a company like ours. After talking to your boss, I'm interested in your model;

這個想法非常好，這對于像我們這樣的公司來說節省了很多時間。當時和你們老板談過之后，我就對你們的模式很感興趣；

彩虹小編：Thank you for your recognition! Designers work high intensity, high pressure, overtime is the norm, almost all the designers are in a state of sub health, as a designer, how do you look at the relationship between work and healthy life?

謝謝您對我們的認可！話說回來，設計師工作強度高、壓力大，加班是常態，幾乎所有的設計師都處于亞健康狀態，作為一個設計師，您是如何看待工作與健康生活的關系？

Victor：In the My Company will not often frequent overtime. My rule is at 9 o'clock in the morning to the afternoon 5 30 points, if overtime work is needed, please finish it as soon as possible, so that they can go home and take a rest; if my team of colleagues too tired or ill, I will let him go home and have a good rest, poor state regardless of on their own or to others is not good;

在我的公司里絕不會經常性的頻繁加班。我的規則是早上9點到下午5點30分，如果需要加班，也請盡快結束，讓他們能夠回家休息；如果我團隊中的同事太累或生病，我會讓他回去好好休息，狀態不佳不管對自己還是對他人都沒有好處；

 

彩虹小編：Well, a healthy body is the foundation of a good job. Since you have been employed, you must have accumulated a wealth of professional experience. What can be shared with the young designers?

恩，健康的身體是好好工作的基礎。從業以來，您一定積累了非常豐富的職業閱歷。有什么可以跟年輕的設計師分享的呢？

Victor：This year I just in the Guangzhou Art College and another school lecture, and students share my years of experience, for me, I am willing to share my personal experience, hope to be able to help more young designers. In my opinion, there is no perfect design will only be designed to do better; design need to communicate, to learn and your colleagues and customers to communicate; there is to try, always try, never give up.

今年我剛在廣州藝術大學及另一所學校做過演講，和學生們分享我多年的心得，對我來說我很愿意分享我的親身經歷，希望能夠為更多的年輕設計師提供幫助。在我看來，沒有完美的設計只有將設計做的更好；設計需要溝通，要學會和你的同事還有客戶進行溝通；還有就是嘗試，一直嘗試，永不放棄。
